The Rlc. Volcano Peaceful 'Volcano Queen' orchid comes from the genetic cross between Rlc. Joy Sokabe and Rlc. Shining Lady. A captivating original cattleya variety that was created by our founder, Mr. Moriyasu Akatsuka and originates from our orchid nursery here in Volcano, Hawaii. This particular hybrid is known for its stunning blooms in the Winter months.
