We can't help but stop to admire this orchid's intense, deep red to copper-colored star-shaped flowers with a contrasting white lip

  • Polychilos Phalaenopsis Species Orchid Variety
  • Currently growing in a 3" soft pot

  • Flower Size: 2-3.5"
  • Flower Duration: Individual flowers typically last about 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Blooming Habit: Sequential blooming (one to two flowers open, followed by new buds later), allowing for a long-lasting display.
  • Maintenance: Do not cut flower spikes unless brown and dry, as they can rebloom, often for several years.

Care Requirements for Blooms:

Light: Medium light. Bright North or East facing is preferred. Shield from direct afternoon or evening light to protect the leaves from burning.
