Phalaenopsis mannii x sib (species) - Blooming

I like the orchid, itself, and its one of the few actual “species” plants that I now own. I only went three stars because the plant was packed with the flowers forced downward, which highly affected their positioning upon receiving the plant. I have another spike forming and I’m sure that bloom will be fine. I just feel that a different method for packing could have been used for a plant that was in bloom, especially when paying a little bit extra purchasing a plant in bloom.
