Encyclia cordigera x sib (4" Pot) - Not Blooming

Encyclia cordigera is used in a lot of intergeneric hybrid creations. This Encyclia variety can handle a wider range of climates but most are warm to intermediate climate growers.  The flowers are usually highly fragrant and they do well in bright light.

• Species Plant -Near Blooming Size but NOT currently in bud/bloom
• Fragrant Flowers
• Blooms life expectancy:  Up to 3 weeks
• Average Plant Height:  10-12"
• Narrow long leaves (see photos)
• Flower Size:  1" slender, chocolate-maroon flowers, fuschia/pink lip, color will vary slightly as this is a sibling cross.
• Pot Size:  4" Pot
• Blooming Season:  Spring - Early Summer
