A street address and phone number is necessary for Federal Express delivery. If you are shipping to two different addresses, you must place two separate orders.

The price for the cut flowers and matured orchid plants include Federal Express delivery services. Shipping prices for gift shop items are based on the total item(s) purchased (see table below). Cut flowers, matured orchid plants and Hawaiian gift shop items must be shipped separately due to agricultural inspection procedures.

Orders are shipped per the State of Hawaii Export Regulatory Laws.

Hawaii orders are subject to a 4% state tax.

Plants and flowers are guaranteed fresh when signed for on the first delivery attempt. They are perishable and immediate care is needed. Boxes will NOT be left on a release signature or when signed for on notification on door. If you wish the box to be left at the door, please notify us at the time of ordering. Be advised that this will VOID OUR GUARANTEE.

Please call us toll free at 1-888-967-6669 to arrange for shipments going to ALASKA or ARIZONA.

Alaska: There is an additional shipping charge of $15.00 more per box for anything being shipped to this state.

Arizona: There is an additional charge of $40.00 more per shipment to one address (up to $2,000 worth of plants) for shipping PLANTS ONLY. The Arizona Dept. of Ag. requires a State of Hawai’i Dept. of Ag. Phytosanitary Certificate for any plant(s) going from Hawai’i to Arizona. Plants need to be taken and sprayed in front of the inspectors in order to receive this certificate.

Seed Shipping Policy

Due to agricultural requirements, seeds must be shipped apart from other portions of your order. If you are ordering additional items from the gift store, please place a separate order. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
