Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Our Goal is to have Happy, Satisfied Customers!
Upon arrival, if your plant(s) or cut flower(s) are damaged, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 5 DAYS from the delivery date
Contact us through any of the following methods:
- Please include the Order # or Tracking #.
- Send us a PHOTO of the damaged product.
We will start a claims request for you and once approved store credit or replacement will be granted.
- Please note that due to the fragility of live plants, we can't guarantee that damage will never take place. However, we do our best to ensure that your order arrives in peak condition.
Akatsuka Orchid Gardens will NOT accept a claim request if:
• The recipient’s address provided was incorrect AND/OR rerouting fee was necessary
($12.00 fee will be charged to sender for rerouting)
A copy of this guarantee is included on each box that is shipped out of our facility.
