Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Our Main Goal is to have Happy, Satisfied Customers!
Please notify us within 7 DAYS (we are open daily) from order delivery date to process a claim if:
• Your plant(s) or cut flowers were not delivered,
• Your plant(s) or cut flowers were damaged in the delivery process OR
• You are not satisfied with the quality or condition of the plant(s) or cut flowers at time of arrival

Please provide the following information in your phone call, email or fax:
• Your name & Phone number (include if you are the sender or recipient)
• Invoice Number & FedEx Tracking Number (located on box)
• Box Condition (at time of delivery)
• Reason for Dissatisfaction
• Photo-for email claim inquiries, please already include a photo
(this helps us to verify the condition and process your claim faster)
Once the requested information is received:
• A claim will be initiated & we will respond to you within 2-3 days.
• Full refunds or replacements will be granted if:
1. We are notified within the appropriate time frame (7 days after delivery)
2. The order was signed for and/or received on the first FedEx delivery attempt
Please note that after plants or cut flowers are received, we no longer have control over such conditions as light, temperature, watering and general care. This includes plant growth or development of blooms. Therefore, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement. However, we understand that every situation has different circumstances. We will do our best to work with you to resolve your concern.
Akatsuka Orchid Gardens will NOT accept a claim request if:
• The recipient’s address provided is incorrect AND/OR rerouting is necessary
($11.00 fee will be charged to sender for rerouting) or if the box is returned to sender.
• The quality at arrival is poor & DSR (Direct Signature) was removed at the customers request
• The order is delayed or undeliverable due to local disputes, uncontrollable weather conditions,
national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation strikes or natural disasters
A copy of this guarantee is provided in each box that is shipped out of our facility.
