shipment to one address (up to $2,000 worth of plants) for shipping
PLANTS ONLY. The Arizona Dept. of Ag. requires a State of Hawai’i Dept.
of Ag. Phytosanitary Certificate for any plant(s) going from Hawai’i to
Arizona. Plants need to be taken and sprayed in front of the inspectors
in order to receive this certificate.
