Guarantee
Our Main Goal is to have Happy Satisfied Customers!
We guarantee a full refund or replacement if for some reason your plant or cut flowers are not delivered, or if you are not satisfied with the quality. However, the following information is necessary and must be received within 10 working days, either by mail, phone, fax or email.
If we do not receive this information within 10 days, THIS GUARANTEE WILL BE VOID. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
If sent as a gift, the sender or recipient will be responsible to notify and fulfill the requirements within the necessary time.
- Invoice Number and Federal Express package
- Name of sender
- Name of Recipient
- Date shipped and delivered
- Condition of box when delivered
- Why dissatisfied
- Receipt or copy of packing slip
- After we have received the above information, a claim will be initiated and you will be notified of further instruction within two weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: With approval, the plant MUST be returned by the POST OFFICE (PRIORITY MAIL). If any other method is used, your reimbursement of postage will equal POST OFFICE RATE.
Akatsuka Orchid Gardens will not be held responsible for DAMAGES SUSTAINED:
- If the recipient’s address is incorrect AND/OR rerouting is necessary (a $10.00 fee will be charged to sender for rerouting) or if the box is returned to sender.
- If the recipient is not at home and Federal Express returns the following day, or left with a neighbor. (Again, if sender or recipient requests rerouting, a $10.00 fee will be charged.)
- If shipping within 7 days of Christmas.
- After the seventh day of receipt, we no longer have control of such conditions as light, temperature, watering and general care. This includes the growth of plant or development of blooms.
- As a result of local disputes, weather conditions, national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation strikes or natural disasters.
This guarantee is given at the time of purchase and placed in the shipping box.
