Alaska: There is an additional shipping charge of $10.00 more per box for anything being shipped to this state.
Arizona: There is an additional charge of $40.00 more per shipment to one address (up to $2,000 worth of plants) for shipping PLANTS ONLY. The Arizona Dept. of Ag. requires a State of Hawai’i Dept. of Ag. Phytosanitary Certificate for any plant(s) going from Hawai’i to Arizona. Plants need to be taken and sprayed in front of the inspectors in order to receive this certificate.
